Support System

There are three ways to get support as an intern:

• Listener Support Room (Adults) or Teen Listener Room (Teens) for help on understanding where you can find things on 7 Cups, tips and tricks on navigating and making the most of the site.
• Central Thread for asking questions, the best place to ask your academy or program questions and get a response within 24 hours.
• Academy Mentors, Internship focused mentors can answer questions within 48 hours

📝Information on Honors

Honors is given to interns who complete one of the options provided in the post linked above. It is like graduating with flying colors or with a good grade! It will be mention on your certificate

⚠️Trial Completion Form

Submit the form two weeks from your start date, after completing the trial requirements.

Had a great experience with an Intern Mentor? Has your mentor not been responding? Leave them a positive or a constructive review here.

👋Drop Form

If for whatever reason you need to leave the Internship program, please fill out this form so that we are able to discontinue you. You will be able to apply again in the future.

💡Extension Form

Extensions are granted to interns who have completed at least 50% of the requirements before their end date. You may request an extension one week before your end date. The first two weeks of extension come without any additional requirements. For every subsequent two-week period, you'll need to complete 3 hours of listening every week and one additional elective. We don't encourage relying on extensions to complete your program. However, if necessary, you can request it.
